Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Because we all change our minds sometimes.

We accept cancellations only before your order is shipped. If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, simply email us at woof@mypuppylove.in with your order number and request. Once approved, we'll cancel the order and process your refund within 3–4 business days.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we can no longer cancel it. You can still initiate an exchange once the order is delivered (as per our Exchange Policy below).

Are There Any Cancellation Charges?

No cancellation charges if your order hasn't shipped yet. However, if you cancel after the item is ready for dispatch, we may deduct applicable shipping fees.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation once your refund is initiated. Refunds usually reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges & Refunds

Need to Exchange Something?

At My Puppy Love, we believe in making the right choice for your furry friend. If something doesn't feel quite right, we offer easy exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds, except in the rare case of damaged or defective products. Instead, we're happy to offer a replacement or help you find something better suited for your pup.

What's Eligible for Exchange?

  1. Pet products (unused, unwashed, in original condition)
  2. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  3. Tags must be intact, and product must be returned in its original packaging

What's Not Eligible?

We currently do not accept exchanges for:

  1. Freebies or promotional items
  2. Products returned in used or damaged condition
  3. Custom or personalized products (if introduced in future)
  4. Hygiene-sensitive items like beds or cushions (once opened)

In Case of a Damaged Item

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra charge.

How to Request an Exchange or Report a Damaged Product

  1. Email us at woof@mypuppylove.in with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a short explanation of your issue
  2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps
  3. Our team will arrange for a pickup, and once the item passes our quality check, your replacement will be shipped

Note: Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or receive a credit voucher for future use.

Important Notes:

  1. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted
  2. Exchanges and replacements are processed only after quality verification
  3. We reserve the right to decline requests if the item doesn't meet our return standards
